Mr. Showalter offers virtual consulting through FaceTime, Zoom, or just a simple phone call.  We will gather information about what has brought you to our website and set up a consultation with you to learn about your background and the history of the home.

Once we have reviewed your background, we will begin developing a plan for you and your home. This will include a virtual walkthrough of your home, guided by our expert on what to look for, utilizing specific tools and inspection techniques that we have developed and refined over 38 years.

Next, we will ship our professional mold testing equipment and guide you through the setup and usage. The samples will be shipped back to our Partner lab via FedEx.

Once the onsite assessment and mold results are completed, we will guide you through the following steps to improve your air quality.  Under certain circumstances, you may be able to improve the safety conditions on your own; however, other conditions may necessitate the involvement of a qualified abatement company. In the case of an abatement company, we will help oversee the project to ensure they are performing the abatement properly. We are there as your advocate and for third-party oversight.
